Dear customer. When we ship via USPS, we use Priority mail that give us a tracking info. That tracking number is on the body of the detailed invoice. We placed a box around it and it has scanned perfectly ever since.

No, it was not difficult to pack. It required a box, weighing, packing, labeling, and only 5 minutes of labor. Shipping a 10 lb box to another state by UPS or FedEx typically costs in the area of $7.00 to $10.00 You were charged $7.00 I am sorry that you consider this to be excessive. Joe

Everything was good except the timeclock is not operating properly on every punch in. Sometimes it overstrikes another time and forgets the previous hours for accumalation. Very familiar with this timeclock since I use it in my other business. Continuing to try it and determine if I need to send it back.954-347-2089. Mr. Stokes: This kind of issue, usually happens when 2 employees are using the SAME card number. Please check that each employee use a unique card number for that pay period and let us know if it gets result.
