We sell, install, and program Amano MJR7000 and MJR8000 time clocks. 
If your MJR has a signal timer - or you might call it a workshift timer - then this example is for you. 
Put the key in the top, turn it to the right, the display will go blank.  Next, follow these steps. 
Change the times as needed, end with an "I" (the key in the far upper left.)  If you make a mistake, hit C (lower right). 
Tip:  Write it all out on a yellow pad, double space everything, then section by section, draw a pencil line or hi-liter through it as you complete it.
